The main ways to experience Creekwater
The regular tour, pony ride and morning feeding serve different visitors. Check the booking details for the experience you want rather than assuming every activity is included with admission.
General farm visit
Interactive farm tour
Meet alpacas, llamas, ponies, miniature donkeys, goats, pigs and bunnies. Tours center on supervised animal contact, treats, photographs and farm education.
For younger riders
Guided pony ride
A short staff-led ride with helmets provided. Pony rides can be booked separately or added to a farm tour and should be reserved in advance.
Behind the scenes
Morning feed experience
Help with the animals' morning routine, including feeding and refreshing water. This is a reserved experience rather than part of the standard tour.
Animals at the farm
A mixed group of familiar and less-common farm residents
Which animals are available for close interaction can depend on the visit, the animals and staff instructions. Children must remain with an adult.
Private and group visits
Parties, field trips and evenings at the farm
Celebrations
Paca Parties
A guided animal tour followed by reserved time in the game yard beneath a covered canopy. Tables, chairs and outdoor games are part of the party setup; optional additions are booked separately.
Schools and organizations
Field trips
Private visits for schools, homeschool groups, churches and other organizations combine an interactive tour with open outdoor space and yard games.
Private evening booking
Twilight events
Evening groups tour the farm near sunset and can use the gathering area, outdoor games and campfire setup. Movie equipment, a bounce house and s'mores are optional additions.
Access and planning

- Children
- An adult must accompany children. Review the current age and participation rules for the activity being booked.
- Outdoor conditions
- Expect an active farm environment. Check the forecast and choose footwear suitable for outdoor paths.
After the tour
Creekwater's farm shop
The on-site shop carries alpaca-fiber clothing and accessories along with farm eggs, raw honey from the property's apiary and other gifts. Stock is likely to change, so a particular product should not be treated as guaranteed.

Planning another farm visit
Creekwater is centered on public interaction, making it an example of alpaca farm agritourism. Before choosing another destination, compare the different types of alpaca farms and what each one offers visitors.
Season, weather and herd routines can affect the experience. The page about when to visit an alpaca farm explains what may change during the year, while the alpaca information section covers the animals themselves.
