Privacy
This site collects nothing about you. Not your name, not your location, not which pages you read. The rest of this page just explains what that means in practice.
No cookies. No analytics. No advertising. No accounts.
There is no data to request, correct, or delete, because none is collected in the first place.
What the site does not do
- It does not set cookies, of any kind, first-party or third-party.
- It does not run analytics — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, nothing.
- It does not show ads, and no ad network has code on these pages.
- It does not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or session recording.
- There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no email list.
- Nothing about your visit is sold, shared, or handed to anyone.
Because no cookies are set, there is no cookie banner. That is the point of not setting cookies.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Like every web server on the internet, it records basic request information — the page requested, the time, the browser making the request, and the IP address it came from. This is how a web server works; a site cannot send you a page without knowing where to send it.
These logs are not read, analyzed, or used to build any profile of you. They are not connected to any analytics tool. AWS handles this data under its own terms, which you can read on Amazon's site.
Fonts
Typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them, and Google can see the IP address making that request. Google states it does not use these requests to build advertising profiles, but the request is real and worth telling you about rather than pretending it is not there.
Links to farms
Farm listings link out to farms' own websites. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site, under someone else's privacy policy, and this one no longer applies. Many farm sites do use cookies and analytics. That is their business and outside anything covered here.
Children
Nothing is collected from anyone, which includes children. There is no mechanism on this site by which a child could submit information even if they wanted to.
If this changes
Advertising may be added to this site at some point in the future. If that happens, it will change what is true on this page — ad networks generally do set cookies and do track visitors across sites.
If it happens, this page will be rewritten before the ads go live, not after, and it will say plainly what the ads collect and who collects it. The date at the top of this page will change to reflect it.
